Ingredients / 材料:
Dough:
  • 130 g Milk
  • 85 g Sweetened condensed milk
  • 190 g Water Roux Starter
  • 80 g Egg
  • 45 g Butter, unsalted
  • 7 g Salt
  • 570 g German #550 flour
  • 6 g Strawberry teabags (3 bags)
  • 7 g Instant active dry yeast
Egg Wash:
  • 1/2 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Milk
面团:
  • 130克 牛奶

  • 7克 食盐

Method / 做法:
  1. To make the dough in a bread maker, put all of the ingredients into the bread machine in the order listed, and set the machine to create dough. When the machine finishes, roll out the dough on a lightly floured work surface. Divide the dough into two portions, each about 560 grams. Round up, cover with plastic wrap, and allow to rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Sealing side down roll each dough out to match your baking pan width. Turn the dough over and roll it up. Pinch the ends and seam closed and drop the loaf seam-side down into the greased or parchment paper-lined pans. Place the pan, covered with plastic wrap, in a warm spot until about doubled for about 40 minutes Blend together the egg and milk. Brush the loaves and cut a few slits in the top and bake in a preheated 175C/350F oven for about 30 minutes.
