French Toast / ·¨Ê½¼åÍÂ˾


Ingredients / ²ÄÁÏ:
  • 10 slice 1-inch Bread
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Heavy cream
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 2-3 tbsp Honey
  • 1tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 10Ƭ ´çºñÃæ°ü
  • 1/2±­ Å£ÄÌ
  • 1/2±­ ÄÌÓÍ
  • 1/4СÉ× Ê³ÑÎ
  • 2¸ö ¼¦µ°£¬´òÉ¢
  • 2-3´óÉ× ·äÃÛ
  • 1СÉ× Ïã²Ý¾«
  • 3´óÉ× Å£ÓÍ

Method / ×ö·¨:
  1. In medium size mixing bowl, whisk together milk, cream, eggs, honey, and salt. Dip bread into mixture, allow to soak for 30 seconds on each side.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Place 4 slices of bread at a time into the pan and cook until golden brown, approximately 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a serving dish. Repeat with the remaining slices of bread. Serve immediately with maple syrup, whipped cream or fruit.
