Ingredients / 材料:
  • 1 package / 500 g Farmer bread mix
  • 330 ml Water, lukewarm
  • 1包/500克 农夫包预拌粉
  • 330毫升 温水

Method / 做法:
  1. Mix the bread mix and lukewarm water in a mixing bowl with dough hook at slow speed to form a soft but not sticky dough. Then knead vigorously until leaving from sides of mixing bowl.
  2. Cover the dough with a plastic wrapper and leave at room temperature for about 40 minutes, until doubled in bulk. Punch down and knead again for 5 minutes. Shape into a loaf and place on a greased baking pan. Cover and let dough stand for approximately 40 minutes in a warm place to rise.
  3. Preheat the oven to 210c/410F. Bake for about 10 minutes then adjust the oven temperature to 190C/375F and bake for another 40 minutes until cooked. Test by tapping the underneath - if it sounds hollow, the loaf is done. Cool on a wire rack.
  1. 将预拌粉和温水放到搅拌盆内,低速搅拌成柔软但是不粘手的面团。然后中速揉搓至面团离开盆四周。
  2. 面团用保鲜膜盖好,室温醒大约40分钟直到面团双倍膨胀。排除气体后揉搓约5分钟。整形入抹油吐司模。盖好做最后1小时的室温醒发。
  3. 入预热210C/410F的烤箱烘焙10分钟,然后将烤箱温度调到190C/375F继续烘焙40分钟左右。用手指轻敲面包底部,感觉是中空的话,就是烤好了。
