Emmenthal Bread / 乳酪面包


Ingredients / 材料:
  • 300 g All-purpose flour
  • 1 package / 15 g Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 200 g Emmenthal, shredded
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 300克 中筋粉
  • 1包/15克 烤粉
  • 1小勺 食盐
  • 200克 瑞士艾曼特乳酪丝
  • 250毫升 牛奶

Method / 做法:
  1. Preheat oven to 200/400F. Lightly grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt and shredded cheese. Pour in the milk and mix. The batter will be heavy and thick. Scrape the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake until golden brown, about 35-40 minutes. Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes before unmolding onto a wire rack to cool.

  1. 烤箱预热到200C/400F。9x5寸的吐司模抹油洒粉备用。
  2. 面粉,烤粉,食盐和乳酪丝放到搅拌盆里,倒入牛奶混合。面团会比较厚重浓稠。倒入备好的烤模,表面抹平。入预热烤箱烘焙大约35-40分钟直到金黄色。原模晾凉10分钟左右后才取出放到架上晾凉。
