Buttermilk Cornbread / °×ÍÑÄÌÓñÃ×Ãæ°ü


Ingredients / ²ÄÁÏ:
  • 1 cup Cornmeal
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Canola oil
  • 1 pc Egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1±­ ÓñÃ×Ãæ
  • 1/2±­ Öнî·Û
  • 1/2СÉ× Ð¡ËÕ´ò
  • 1СÉ× ¿¾·Û
  • 1СÉ× É°ÌÇ
  • 2´óÉ× ÓñÃ×ÓÍ
  • 1¸ö ¼¦µ°£¬´òÉ¢
  • 1±­ °×ÍÑÄÌ

Method / ×ö·¨:
  1. Preheat oven to 200C/400F. Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
  2. Combine cornmeal, flour, soda, baking powder and sugar in a medium bowl. Combine oil, egg and buttermilk in another bowl. Add to cornmeal mixture and stir just until moistened.
  3. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
