Rosemary Pepper Breadsticks / 迷迭椒香面包棍


Ingredients / 材料:
  • 160 ml Milk
  • ½ tbsp Dried chives
  • ½ tsp Dried rosemary
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp Bking powder
  • ¾ cup Whole wheat flour
  • ¾ cup All-purpose flour
  • 160毫升 牛奶
  • 1/2大勺 干葱
  • 1/2小勺 迷迭香
  • 3/4小勺 食盐
  • 1/2小勺 黑胡椒粉
  • 2小勺 烤粉
  • 3/4杯 全卖粉
  • 3/4杯 中筋粉

Method / 做法:
  1. Combine milk, chives, rosemary, salt, pepper and baking powder in large bowl. Mix well.
    Stir in flours, mix until blended. Turn onto floured surface and knead dough about 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic, adding more flour if dough is sticky. Cover and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Preheat oven to 190C/375F. Grease baking sheet. Divide dough into 12 balls, about 31 grams each. Roll each ball into long thin rope. place on prepared baking sheet. Lightly brush breadsticks with salad oil. Bake about 12 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown. Turn breadsticks over and bake about 10 minutes more or until golden brown.
  1. 牛奶,干葱,烤粉,迷迭香,盐,胡椒和烤粉混合均匀。加入面粉混合成团。放到铺了薄粉的台面上。揉搓至匀滑有弹性。如果面团太粘手的话,可以添加适量面粉。盖好,室温静置30分钟。
