Ingredients / 材料:
  • 500 g All-purpose flour
  • 1 pkt/15 g Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • 500 ml Beer
  • 500克 中筋粉
  • 1包/15克 烤粉
  • 1小勺 盐
  • 1/2 小勺 砂糖
  • 500毫升 啤酒

Method / 做法:
  1. Mix together flour, salt, sugar and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Gradually add in beer while stirring. The batter should be thick and liquid alike.

  3. Grease and thinly flour a toast bread pan. Pour in the batter and bake in the middle of a preheated 175C/350F oven for about 60 minutes.
  4. Insert a woodpick, if came out with clean, then the bread is done. Turn off the oven and turn bread out from the pan, and leave it in the oven for another 10 minutes.
