Place all the ingredients (except the raisins) in order into a mixing bowl, knead at the low speed until the dough forms and become smooth and elastic. Add in raisins and stir on low speed until raisins blended in.
Shape the dough into a ball and cover it with a damp towel and let ferment for about 1 hour until it has doubled in size. Punch down the dough and divide into 2 portions. Round up and allow it to rest, covered, for 10-15 minutes.
Roll each dough out to about 25cm in length. Roll up and pinch to seal. Place them in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let rise again until double in bulk, approx. 45 minutes. Bake at 180C/350F for 35 minutes.

除了葡萄干，将所有原料按序放到搅拌盆里，低速搅拌至面团成形且光滑。放入葡萄干，继续用低速拌匀。
面团揉圆后盖上湿布进行发酵到体积双倍膨胀，大约1小时。面团拍扁，分成两份，滚圆松弛10-15分钟。
将其分别擀成25厘米左右长，然后卷起捏紧接口，放入一个抹油的吐司烤模。进行最后发酵至面团膨胀双倍大，大约需要45 分钟。入预热180C/350F的烤箱烘焙30分钟左右。
